The Artistic Education Director is responsible for setting the creative direction for the salon, designing and implementing in-house education & product knowledge, and maintaining quality and consistency in the salons.
Bella Bella provides stylists with on-going specialized training in our signature services and products, salon procedures and culture, customer education, and more. Our performance based pay system provides stability and focuses on individual growth in all aspects of your career.
Participating in Bella Bella’s salon education program or “new talent” program. This is a time to assist and observe while also learn your strengths and areas for further education. Use this time to learn, shine, and build a trusting relationship with our guests.
