Procedure

This process is time consuming.Depending on the texture,length, and density of your hair depends how long it will take.Average between 2-4 hours.So for your comfort we suggest you bring something you enjoy doing,like reading a book,watching a dvd,ipod etc..We do offer complimentary drinks for your convenience.

Deposit

We do require a deposit at the time of booking.You can make it over the phone or in person.We need a 48 hour cancellation notice.A 50% fee of the service will be charged for a no-show.

Quote

The service starts at $350. It can be a little more if you have long/thick hair.We always recommend getting a haircut after any chemical service,specially if you haven't had one in a long time.We include the haircut with the service.Remember we have free consultations with no obligation.Come and see our hair specialists and let us answer all your questions.

Quote / Retouch

Retouching takes the same amount of time as the first service.It involves the same steps,time,technique and product.It takes more skill to do a retouch than a first time application.Therefore it is the same price.The only thing that wouldn't be charged is if you got charged extra for length.We don't charge the extra length.

Maintenance

We recommend to buy the CHI maintenance kit.CHI products contain silk to keep hair looking its best.Even if your letting your hair grow you need to trim it once every 8weeks.Do once in awhile hair treatment,specially if you have another chemical besides the CHI.Don't be tempted to buy over the counter products,they contain high ph that will damage and dry out hair.
